छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार को कोरोना महामारी के दौरान शिक्षा की सबसे अच्छी सुविधा के लिए दुनिया भर में सराहना की जा रही है, जब स्कूल अभी भी बंद हैं। ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन कक्षाओं में नवीनतम डिजिटल तकनीकों का उपयोग करके अच्छी गुणवत्ता की शिक्षा प्रदान करने के लिए राज्य की सराहना की जा रही है। यह अपने अधिकांश बौद्धिक और प्रतिभाशाली शिक्षकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी और कड़ी मेहनत और समर्पित अधिकारियों द्वारा नियमित निगरानी और पर्यवेक्षण के कारण संभव हो सकता है। तो, आज हम अपने एक बहुत ही सक्रिय, समर्पित, मेहनती और प्रतिभाशाली अधिकारी श्रीमती द्वारा किए गए कार्यों को प्रतिबिंबित करने जा रहे हैं। नीलिमा बड़गे जो कि सक्ती ब्लॉक की सहायक खंड शिक्षा अधिकारी हैं। कोरोना महामारी के दौरान, जब स्कूल अभी भी बंद हैं, तो वह अपने ब्लॉक में शिक्षकों की ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन कक्षाओं की निरंतर और नियमित रूप से निगरानी कर रही है और मूल्यांकन के माध्यम से छात्रों के प्रदर्शन का अनुगमन भी कर रही है।
उल्लेखनीय कार्य:
श्रीमती बड़गे, सक्ती ब्लॉक में पंजीकृत शत प्रतिशत शिक्षकों को प्राप्त करने में सफल रहा है जो जांजगीर चांपा जिले में ऐसा करने वाले पहले व्यक्ति थे।
वह PTD (Padhai Tuhar Dwar) के ब्लॉक नोडल अधिकारी हैं। वह अपने ब्लॉक के शिक्षकों को cgschool.in पोर्टल को पंजीकृत करने और उनके मुद्दों का सामना करने पर तकनीकी रूप से उनकी मदद करने के लिए अपना पूरा समर्थन प्रदान कर रही हैं।
वह अपने ब्लॉक के मुहल्ले और पाराटोला में नियमित ऑफ़लाइन कक्षाओं के संचालन में शिक्षा सारथी के कार्यों की सराहना करती हैं और उन्हें प्रेरित करती हैं।
वह प्रेरणा पुरस्कारों की ब्लॉक नोडल अधिकारी हैं। वह प्रेरित पुरस्कार २०२० - २१ में middle५ मिडिल स्कूल और २ target हाई स्कूल (अधिकतम ५ छात्रों का लक्ष्य) को पंजीकृत करने में सफल रही हैं।
उनके मार्गदर्शन और निर्देशन के तहत, उनके ब्लॉक के शिक्षक ऑनलाइन प्ले-वे विधियों के माध्यम से छात्रों को विज्ञान के सिद्धांतों को समझने में मदद कर रहे हैं। उसके ब्लॉक के शिक्षक सप्ताहांत पर ऑनलाइन विज्ञान प्रदर्शनियों का आयोजन कर रहे हैं और छात्रों को नवीन प्रयोग भी करवा रहे हैं।
उनके कुशल मार्गदर्शन में, शिक्षक और आंगनबाड़ी कार्यकर्ता केंद्रीय प्रायोजित योजना "पढ़ना लखना अभियान" के तहत प्रशिक्षण प्रदान कर रहे हैं, 8 सितंबर 2020 को शुरू हुआ, जिसका लक्ष्य शत-प्रतिशत साक्षरता है। उसे अपने ब्लॉक में 2000 निरक्षरों की खोज करने का काम सौंपा गया था। वह ब्लॉक इंचार्ज थी और वह किसी अन्य ब्लॉक से पहले काम करने में सफल रही।
वह नियमित रूप से विभिन्न पाठ्येतर गतिविधियों की प्रतियोगिताओं की व्यवस्था कर रही है। बच्चों की छिपी प्रतिभा को उजागर करने के लिए रंगोली, थाली सजो, दीया सजावट, कार्ड बनाना, सलाद सजावट, मेहंदी सजवा, बाल ड्रेसिंग, ड्राइंग प्रतियोगिताएं आदि।
वह अपने ब्लॉक में शिक्षकों को ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं आयोजित करने में आने वाली तकनीकी समस्याओं को दूर करने में मदद करती है। वह नियमित रूप से सीएसी के काम का निरीक्षण, निगरानी और पर्यवेक्षण करती है और नियमित रूप से उनकी बैठकें आयोजित करती है।
श्रीमती बड़गे को उनके ब्लॉक शिक्षा अधिकारी श्री कामता प्रसाद राठौर द्वारा उनके सभी उपक्रमों में मदद और मार्गदर्शन किया जा रहा है। वह DIET श्री लक्ष्मी पांडे और श्री प्रद्युम्न शर्मा के शिक्षकों से भी प्रेरित और प्रेरित हो जाता है।

The Chhattisgarh government is being appreciated the world over for its best access of education to the remotest and lonesomest corner of the state during the corona pandemic when the schools are still closed. The state is also being applauded to provide good quality education using latest digital techniques in online and offline classes. This could be possible due to the active participation and hard work of its most intellectual and talented teachers and the regular monitoring and supervision by the dedicated officers. So, today we are going to reflect the works done by one of our very active, dedicated, hardworking and talented officer Smt. Neelima Badge who is Assistant block education officer of sakti block. During the corona pandemic, when the schools are still closed, she has been continuously and regularly monitoring the online and offline classes of the teachers in her block and also having a follow-up of the performance of the students through assessments.
Remarkable works:
Smt. Badge has been successful in getting cent percent teachers registered in sakti block which was the first to do so in Janjgir Champa district.
She is the Block Nodal Officer of PTD (Padhai Tuhar Dwar). She has been extending her full hand support to the teachers of her block in registering cgschool.in portal and helping them technically when they faced any issues.
She appreciates and motivates the works of Shiksha Sarthi in conducting regular offline classes in mohalla and para tola of her block.
She is the block nodal officer of inspire awards. She has been successful in getting cent percent registered 85 middle schools and 28 high schools (target of maximum 5 students) in inspire awards 2020 – 21.
Under her guidance and direction, the teachers of her block are making the students understand principles of science through online play-way methods. The teachers of her block are organising online science exhibitions on weekends and also getting students perform innovative experiments.
Under her able guidance, the teachers and aanganbadi workers have been imparting training under the central sponsored scheme “Padhna Likhna Abhiyan” started on 8th September 2020, the target of which is cent percent literacy. She was assigned to search 2000 illiterates in her block. She was the block incharge and she was successful in doing the work before any other block.
She has been regularly arranging the competitions of various extracurricular activities viz. rangoli, thali sajao, diya decoration, card making, salad decoration, mehendi sajao, hair dressing, drawing competitions etc to expose children’s hidden talents.
She helps the teachers in her block to overcome the technical problems being faced to conduct online classes. She regularly inspects, monitors and supervise the work of CAC’s and regularly conducts their meetings.
Smt. Badge is being helped and guided by her block education officer Shri Kamta Prasad Rathore in all her ventures. She also gets motivated and inspired by the teachers of DIET Shri Laxmi Pandey and Shri Pradyuman Sharma.
